How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Submit a customer service request with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
